Crunchy Low-carb Cheezy Breadstick

This Crunchy Low-carb Cheesy Breadstick can be an important accessory for any party, gathering of friends, or clubbing. It is crumbly, crunchy, pleasantly salty and and you would just eat and eat. This Crunchy Low-carb Cheesy Breadstick can be a great crunch at a New Year’s Eve party, too.

The version made of traditional flour was made regularly by my mom before, later by me when guests came to me or we just got together for a card game.

Since I don’t use white flour in our diet, I haven’t made anything like that, but I’ve really wanted to eat some cheesy, crunchy and low-carb snacks. I wondered what kind of flour I could replace the white flour with. I thought that when we roast almonds, walnuts or pumpkin seeds, they have a delicious taste, so maybe I won’t spoil the breadstick if I make it from seed flours. On the other hand, it is important not to use coconut flour for this savory stick, because coconut flour has a sweet taste, on the other hand it is highly absorbent and it will not make the stick crispy and crumbly.

Also important that the cheese we put in should be relatively greasy and grated as tiniest, so that it can mix well with the flour.
