Gluten-free, Low-carb, Very Cheesy and Crunchy Cracker for Dipping or Hiking
I’ve been planning for a long time to make a low-carb snack for ourselves, because many times we eat a dip dinner with only vegetables. We always thought on it some crunchy cheese crackers would have been so good with it. This time, this desire of ours was fulfilled with this birthday set table and crackers.
This easy homemade Keto crackers recipe is made with almond flour, walnut and cheese, topped with chia and sesame seeds, and flavored with rosemary, basil or oregano. Perfect as a satiating low carb snack. Crunchy, low-carb, gluten and grain free side for a dip or just in itself.

Crackers with Keto Roasted Ham Dip
When we go hiking and don’t want to carry about heavy sandwiches with us, but still have a good time sitting in the middle of the woods and grabbing something, replenishing our lost energy reserves, these crackers are also great for that.
The truth is that there are plenty of store versions in this genre, slowly the Keto versions will also be full on the shelf everywhere. However, in most types of store crackers, there’s also coconut flour or shredded coconut, which doesn’t suit the salty versions for me. Besides, I’m not curious about sunflower seeds either, because in most cases, they’re also GMO variants, or they’re just spun into canola oil like pumpkin seeds to grab the salt on it. I also don’t use these seeds to make Easy Homemade Low-carb Cheese & Spicy Crackers.
The ones I used for my version of Easy Homemade Low Carb Cheese & Spicy Crackers were black and white sesame seeds, chia seeds, caraway seeds (ground and whole), spices like oregano and basil, red peppers, and actually any seeds or spices what you like according to your own diets.
How to Bake Easy Homemade Low-carb Cheese and Spicy Crackers?
This quantity can be extended to two larger baking tray sizes and can be made with up to two different flavors. I made a Hungarian version with cumin seeds and red peppers, and the other one with Mediterranean spices. You can put spices and seeds in it that you love
TIPS AND TRICKS TO MAKE THIS KETO CRACKERS RECIPE TASTE THE WAY YOU LOVE
Make sure you flatten your crackers properly. The flatter they are, the crispier they will become.
You can use fresh herbs these tastes divine, but if you have dried oregano, basil or rosemary in your kitchen cupboard that will do nicely too.
Feel like tweaking the recipe? Try using different spices such as thyme or make spicy Keto crackers by adding paprika and a pinch of chilli or cayenne pepper, or you can vary the seeds.
You can skip the parmesan from crackers if you not prefer, however with it gives a saltier, more tasty touch to the recipe.
If you don’t want after a crispy texture, you could adapt this recipe and make Keto cheesy biscuits instead. Simply add 1 tsp of baking powder and don’t flatten too thin. They will be soft and fluffy on the inside!
