    Step 1

    Clean, peel and cut the sweet potatoes, than sprinkle with olive oil and spices.

    Step 2

    Roas them in the oven on 390 F / 200 C until the potatoes start caramelization. It's around 30-40 minutes.

    Step 3

    Cut onions and fry in a pan 3-5 minutes.

    Step 4

    Put the sliced liver on the fried onion and fry it together more 5 minutes, while stirring. DO NOT SALT IT! Salt it only when served, otherwise the liver will harden.

    Step 5

    Serve it with roasted sweet potatoes.

    Conclusion

    The liver is one of the healthiest food. Eat it every week!
