Shopska Salad
Shopska Salad is an unmissable dish of Mediterranean cuisine. I have met this in Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, but even in the Canary Islands. Of course, it differs from country to country and landscape to landscape. And what makes it different is mostly the kind of cheese. It can be made with feta cheese, sheep cheese, sheep cheese, diced or grated. Black or green with olive berry and various kinds of vinegars. However, all Sopszka agreed that it is a light, but hearty dish rich in fiber and vitamins, either in winter or summer, which can be eaten as a main course only on its own, or as a side dish, mainly with grilled meats.

Cut the cucumber into cubes.
Cut the onion into cubes.
Cut the bell pepper into cubes.
Cut the tomatos into cubes.
