Sunny Side Up Eggs with Mushroom, Bacon, Beef and Asparagus

I categorized this Sunny Side Up Eggs with Mushroom, Bacon, Beef and Asparagus into breakfast, although we ate it for dinner. Usually we eat once a day (OMAD – One Meal A Day) and mostly in the evening, but you can prepare this hearty, rich, egg dish for breakfast too. You can increase the number of eggs according to your appetite.

The idea for this dish came from the remaining beef. I don’t like to throw away leftover but still edible food, especially not meat. At home, with my parents, either the dogs or the cats were doing well at this time, because what we didn’t want to eat anymore, they could eat that. But I don’t have a dog, a cat, or a “kitchen pig” now, so I need a good recipe idea and I already have no more problem with the remaining meat. My mom usually fried the meat cooked in the soup on fat with an extreme amount of garlic and when it cooled, we ate it with bread. I remember soups made from pheasant or rooster. I really liked the garlic meat cooked from it. That gave me the idea, just since we don’t eat bread, I baked vegetables next to it, which was at home.
